Washington DC - Sixteenth Street Corridor

The Sixteenth Street Corridor is a historic neighborhood filled with mansions, elegant row houses, and overlooks of the entire city of Washington D.C.

At the height of this historic district one can relax at the world-class Meridian Hill Park. This pearl of an urban park has well kept greenery with a waterfall and statues dedicated classical historic figures like Joan of Arc and Dante.

Another place to visit is the Scottish Rite Temple and Supreme Council Library. Two well-postured Sphinxes representing wisdom and power stand guarding the entrance to this Masonic Temple. Visitors are invited to use the temple's library, one of the city's most intriguing yet little-known collections containing materials concerning Freemasonry, its history, culture, and legacy.
